Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions on Ganiga Matrimony, operated by
SHREE MALESWAMI ENERGY SOLUTIONS. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
1. Subscriptions
- Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are prepaid for the chosen duration (3, 6 or 12 months).
- Your plan activates immediately upon successful payment.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account; your plan remains active until the end of the paid term.
- Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the unused period unless covered by Section 3.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Subscription fees paid for premium services are non-refundable.
- Once a subscription has been purchased or activated, no refund, cancellation, or partial refund will be provided.
- Add-on purchases, profile boosts, featured listings, and other one-time services are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
- Duplicate payments, incorrect charges due to technical errors, or accidental multiple transactions will be refunded after verification.
- Ganiga Matrimony reserves the right to review and determine the eligibility of any refund request on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund

the payment reference. Eligible refunds are approved at our reasonable discretion in line with this policy.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within [7-10] business days, subject to the policies of the payment gateway, bank, or card issuer.
6. Service Changes
If we discontinue a paid service you have already paid for, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the
unused period.
