5. Subscription and Payments

  • Payments made on Ganiga Matrimony are received by SHREE MALESWAMI ENERGY SOLUTIONS.

6. No Guarantee of Match

Ganiga Matrimony provides a platform for matrimonial introductions. We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match or that any interaction will result in marriage.

7. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the information, photographs, and content uploaded by you.
  • By uploading content, you grant us permission to display and use such content for operating the platform.
  • You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload the content you provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

SHREE MALESWAMI ENERGY SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vijayapura (Bijapur), Karnataka.
